Family Mediator | Conflict Resolution Specialist | Trainer

Jesse De Graftenreed

Jesse is an accomplished family mediator and conflict resolution specialist with over a decade of experience supporting families through separation, co-parenting challenges, and complex interpersonal conflict.

Formally trained in civil and family mediation at Missouri State University, he brings a calm, structured approach to emotionally charged situations. His work has focused on high-conflict divorce, supervised contact arrangements, and helping separated parents build more constructive and child-focused communication.

Jesse is particularly skilled in supporting families where there are safeguarding concerns, entrenched disputes, or patterns of mistrust.
He also delivers training for professionals in the fields of mediation and conflict resolution, drawing on his strong academic background and practical experience.

Jesse holds a Master of Arts in Psychology (Pepperdine University), a Master’s in Organisational Leadership (Claremont Lincoln University), and a Master of Legal Studies with a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (Washington University School of Law). With a commitment to supporting families through difficult transitions, Jesse combines compassion with clarity, helping people move forward with dignity, understanding, and practical agreements that work.
