Tracy Ann Moore-Grant

Tracy Ann Moore-Grant is the founder of the Amicable Divorce Network (ADN) a global movement transforming the divorce experience by connecting like-minded professionals who are committed to resolving separation with dignity, cooperation, and compassion.

An experienced attorney-mediator based in the United States, Tracy Ann created the network to support families in accessing legal, financial, and emotional guidance outside the adversarial court process. Her model has been widely adopted by professionals worldwide, who seek a more child-focused and empowering approach to family law.

Tracy Ann shares Mediation Matters’ vision of accessible, values-led resolution. She is a regular speaker at international conferences, including co-hosting the Bridging the Gap: Bridging Families, Law & Conflict Resolution event in London (March 2026) alongside Katy Harris. Her leadership is helping to reimagine how professionals and parents alike navigate the divorce journey, with less stress and more humanity.
