Jannine Perryman

Jannine Perryman is the founder of ADHD Wise UK and a nationally respected specialist in ADHD, executive function, and inclusive practice. With lived experience and over 15 years of professional expertise in education, coaching, and neurodiversity support, Jannine brings both compassion and clarity to her work with individuals, families, and professionals.

At Mediation Matters, Jannine contributes as a Neurodiversity Consultant, supporting our commitment to creating mediation spaces that are trauma-informed, accessible, and affirming for all brains. Her input helps ensure our practice is responsive to the needs of neurodivergent clients, particularly those navigating ADHD-related challenges such as emotional regulation, overwhelm, and communication breakdowns during conflict.

Jannine is a powerful advocate for systems change and believes that with the right understanding and support, every person can thrive. Her work focuses on dismantling shame, promoting self-awareness, and designing environments where difference is not just accepted, but celebrated.
