Meet Chloe O

Chloe is a Certified Divorce Coach® and conflict resolution specialist. As a divorced mother of two pre-teen girls living in London, she has herself experienced both an amicable and a litigated divorce. Witnessing the damage caused by a conflictual approach has led her to become an advocate for out-of-court conflict resolution.

Chloe’s objective is to support the 90% of couples who want to divorce amicably by giving them the tools, communication methods and negotiation skills to reach an agreement out of court. Chloe helps her clients prepare for mediation by defining their non-negotiables and developing tiered settlement proposals, but also by preparing them emotionally for these sometimes difficult conversations. Chloe has witnessed how an amicable and family-centred divorce allows people to divorce faster, cheaper and with less conflict. By maintaining control of the many decisions that are required throughout the process, people who divorce amicably obtain a better divorce settlement. Even more importantly, low-conflict divorce helps parents limit the negative impacts of their breakup on their children’s well-being and sets the foundations for better collaboration afterwards.

Chloe guides her clients through the ups and downs of their divorce by providing empathy, expert guidance, and ongoing support. She accompanies her clients as their thinking partner from the very beginning of the decision-making process through to the post-divorce phase when they are trying to settle into their new lives. Chloe offers a judgement-free and confidential environment where her clients can express their emotions, fears, and concerns, but also develop tangible plans for their divorce and their life afterwards.
